NOTIFICATION
No.429/SKM/2008:-In pursuance of the provisions of sub-section(1) of Section 13B of the Representation of the People Act,1950 (43 of 1950),and in supersession of its Notification No.429/SKM/92, dated 14th.October,1992, the Election Commission hereby designates in consultation with Govt. of Sikkim, the officer or officers of the Government as specified in column 2 of the Table below, as the Electoral Registration Officer for the assembly constituency in the State of Sikkim, as determined by the Delimitation of Parliamentary and Assembly Constituencies Order No.28 published in the Gazette on 4th.September,2006, as specified in column 1 of the said Table against such officer:-
